Manager – Global Transaction Analytics
We are seeking a Senior Associate in our Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) practice to help clients get the answers they need to complete deals across the investment lifecycle from pre‑deal through post‑deal analysis.
A&M GTA provides data‑analytics services that uncover actionable insights to support M&A, divestment and investment strategies. The GTA practice is a global team that leverages market‑leading technology, advanced analytics capabilities, and A&M’s operational, functional and industry expertise to drive relevant business insights for private equity and corporate clients.
Responsibilities- Lead numerous client engagements.
- Effectively manage day‑to‑day client interaction and relationships.
- Proactively contribute to business development opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with senior members of the team across multiple deals.
- Work cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholders.
- Counsel and mentor junior members of the team and continue to develop the team’s technical acumen.
- Proactively recruit, train, and develop junior staff members, including teaching training classes as applicable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
- Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics and visualization approaches.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on data analytics experience.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear yet concise manner.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work as both a team member in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced settings.
The base salary is $160,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. The base salary, bonus, and benefits are available to regular employees working 30 or more hours per week, and include healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverage at rates determined periodically, a 401(k) retirement savings plan (with an annual discretionary contribution), and paid time off including vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time (pro‑rated for part‑time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
