Job Goal:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Print Center Data Analyst. The person in this position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field

Experience

* 4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role

* Demonstrated success in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Special Knowledge and Skills

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a print center, manufacturing, or production environment

* Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques

* Knowledge of pricing models and elasticity analysis

* Hands-on experience with Pace MIS system and job ticketing workflows

* Working knowledge of  or similar project management tools

Responsibilities:

* Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.

* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

* Document reporting processes and analytical methodologies.

* Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis.

* Support the adoption and integration of new analytical tools and technologies.

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics over time.

* Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling.

* Assist in data entry and order management
