Senior Reporting Analyst

A leading energy infrastructure organization is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with deep Oracle OBIEE experience to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and reporting optimization initiatives. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, accurate, and business-driven reporting solutions across finance and operations.

• Design, develop, and support OBIEE dashboards, Answers, subject areas, and reporting solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting outputs
• Develop and optimize enterprise reports using OBIEE, BI Publisher, SQL, Cognos, and Crystal Reports
• Build parameter-driven dashboards, drill‑through capabilities, and executive reporting solutions
• Support report rationalization and consolidation initiatives across multiple reporting platforms
• Establish reporting standards, data governance practices, and KPI consistency
• Source and integrate data from Oracle EBS/R12, SQL Server, and Essbase environments
• Troubleshoot report logic, validate data accuracy, and support production reporting activities
• Mentor business users and analysts on reporting tools and best practices
• Support formal change management and documentation processes

• 8+ years of enterprise reporting experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle OBIEE including Answers, Dashboards, Subject Areas, and BI Publisher
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS/R12 reporting environments
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
  
  Experience with Cognos, Crystal Reports, Excel4apps, and enterprise reporting tools
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting governance, and data warehouse concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with in Oil & Gas, energy, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
