Description:
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Lead - Email & Personalization
Your Impact
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementations, owning architecture, solution design, and execution.
- Design and build customer journeys with a strong focus on email channel orchestration and personalization.
- Oversee email operations including channel configuration, template development, and campaign execution.
- Drive experimentation and optimization strategies across customer journeys (A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous improvement).
- Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing stakeholder communication and ensuring alignment on delivery expectations.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams within a Global Delivery (GDD) model, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including journey development and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of email channel configuration, email template development, and personalization capabilities.
- Proven experience delivering at least 2+ AJO projects in a lead capacity, owning architecture and solution approach.
- Experience working within a Global Delivery Model (GDD) environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and performance optimization in marketing platforms is preferred.
