As a Digital Product Manager Lead within PNC’s Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the roadmap for payment products within the commercial digital banking ecosystem, aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Champion intuitive, secure, and scalable payment experiences for corporate users throughout the payment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and build collaborative working relationships with core payment product teams to align roadmaps, priorities and overall delivery strategy.
- Serve as product manager on agile teams, managing backlogs, defining requirements and assigning priorities.
- Monitor industry trends in B2B payments and digital banking to inform strategic decision-making.

LOD and payment business stakeholders to ensure all features meet enterprise risk and regulatory standards. - Craft and deliver compelling strategic presentations tailored for both internal stakeholders and external audiences, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations; partner with Marketing to develop product‑specific marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Treasury Management Service and Implementation teams; act as a point of escalation for the TM Care Center related to payment experiences and build partnership with implementation teams to ensure best‑in‑class implementation experiences and automation where possible.
- Execute digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
- Monitor the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results, recommend new or enhanced digital experiences, prioritize and support business case development.
- Develop and design features of new or existing digital experiences to meet identified market need or opportunity, managing development, production, roll‑out or promotion.
- Partner with key stakeholders—including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders—to ensure all digital experiences meet strategic goals; participate in product‑specific marketing initiatives; may participate in client‑facing activities; support risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
- Support business, financial, and customer experience results of digital experiences and recommend modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.
- Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in payments, fintech, or corporate banking.
- Strong understanding of payment networks (ACH, wire, RTP) and treasury workflows.
- Experience managing payment experiences to support an international client base.
- Experience working with agile teams and tools like Jira and Figma.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
