Data Engineering, Management and Governance Manager (Accenture LLP; Houston, TX):
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Engineering, Management and Governance Manager in Houston, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

* Analyze, design, build, test, implement and maintain multiple system components or applications.

* Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.

* Maintain applications according to SLAs and manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

* Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.

* Design, architect, and code applications to functional and technical programming standards.

* Develop system specifications and establish MLops/Dataops for complex systems.

* Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.

* Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.

* Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

* Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management/client and prototype solutions.

* Interact effectively with client or internal senior management.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

* Designing, developing, and supporting RESTful APIs, and database components adhering to SDLC best practices;

* Developing cloud technologies, including AWS utilizing Dev Ops or Agile methodology;

* Managing edge/Cloud interfaces for the industrial OT/IT systems;

* Coding and deploying applications using Dev Ops practices, AWS, Vault, Git or Docker;

* Utilizing frontend technologies including Angular, Typescript, and Nodejs;

* Developing and maintaining applications and extract, transform, and load (ETL) using Python, AWS, JavaScript, and Shell;

* Working with SQL databases, including Postgre

SQL, SQL Server, or Snowflake;

* Design and Development and integration with Data Lake and real time integration using Kafka;

* Creating solutions for maintaining data for machine learning applications; and

* Driving key delivery orchestration, design decisions, and suggesting improvements on ongoing issues.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
