Overview

Eximietas Design is hiring a Technical Project Manager – Data & AI to lead the delivery of medium to large-scale Data, Analytics, and AI projects for our clients. This is an individual contributor leadership role — no direct reports, but full delivery ownership. You ll be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring projects ship on time, on budget, and k on high-impact Data & AI initiatives, collaborate with deeply technical teams, and own delivery end-to-end in a hybrid Houston-based setup.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, AI/ML, and MLOps projects
  • Own project planning, scope, timelines, dependencies, risk management, and execution tracking
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog management, milestone tracking, and delivery reviews (Agile / hybrid)
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-aligned updates
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and Architects
  • Support solution shaping, effort estimation, and delivery planning during pre-sales
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 4–10 years in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management
  • Proven experience delivering Data, Analytics, and AI/ML projects
  • Background in Professional Services, Consulting, System Integration, or Product Delivery
  • Strong understanding of Cloud data platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), Data Pipelines, AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and Data Governance
  • Excellent client and stakeholder communication skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to Have
  • Cloud or Data certifications (Azure, AWS, Databricks, etc.)
  • Experience in fast-paced consulting / professional services environments
