This role operates at the intersection of manufacturing operations, digital technology, and enterprise systems (MES, PLM, ERP), translating business objectives into scalable, production-ready digital solutions.

This position requires a hands-on technical leader who drives execution, ensures delivery excellence, and builds strong partnerships across manufacturing, IT, and leadership teams. The role is critical in advancing digital manufacturing capabilities and enabling measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and traceability.

As a Digital Manufacturing Program Leader, you will be responsible for:

* Leading strategic digital manufacturing programs that drive efficiency, quality, throughput, and revenue growth across shop floor, engineering, and enterprise systems.

* Translating manufacturing business objectives into actionable digital, data, and AI initiatives with clearly defined performance outcomes.

* Establishing program governance, delivery frameworks, and performance metrics while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.

* Owning end-to-end integration across MES, PLM, and ERP systems, ensuring data consistency, traceability, and alignment with manufacturing and engineering processes.
