Responsibilities- Lead and manage HCM and ERP-related projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday) from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve any project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Provide regular updates and project reports to clients and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and operations teams to deliver HCM and ERP solutions.
- Utilize ERP systems expertise (SAP, Oracle, Workday) to guide clients and teams through system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with expertise in HCM solutions and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Solid understanding of HCM software solutions and ERP system implementations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
- Additional language skills are a bonus.
