Overview

Services and deliverables shall include the following: installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and patching of Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPR) infrastructure and associated devices to include DoD-approved peripheral devices. Administration of SharePoint, Air Force Teams, and other DoD-approved collaborative environments. Initial user training on DoD-approved systems and peripheral devices. Client support for personnel assigned to AFSFC Detachment
3. Services provided by the contractor can be broken into two segments, directed network support and customer service. As DISA identifies issues relating to software programs such as security patches and hardware changes or upgrades, the agency will receive implementation guidance. This position must keep up-to-date with emerging standards and technologies that impact United States Army and Air Force systems and infrastructure to include but not limited to current operating systems (e.g., Windows 10), Internet Protocol Version 6.0 (IPv6), the two most recent Air Force-approved Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC), Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), and AFNET Client Service Technician.

Responsibilities
  • Installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and patching of NIPR infrastructure and devices (DoD-approved peripherals).
  • Administration of SharePoint, Air Force Teams, and other DoD-approved collaborative environments.
  • Provide initial user training on DoD-approved systems and peripherals.
  • Provide client support for personnel assigned to AFSFC Detachment 3.
  • Support two service segments: directed network support and customer service.
  • Follow DISA guidance for implementation related to software patches and hardware changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with standards and technologies impacting DoD Army and Air Force systems (e.g., Windows 10, IPv6, SDC, ISSO, AFNET Client Service Technician).

  • Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
