This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, influencing technical strategy, and working with cutting-edge technologies in a stable, growth-oriented organization. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments Design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions supporting high availability and operational resilience Drive datacenter transformation efforts including virtualization, storage, and cloud migration projects Support and enhance enterprise virtualization platforms and hyperconverged infrastructure environments Partner cross-functionally with engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams on strategic initiatives Serve as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and performance issues Contribute to automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization efforts Assist with long-term infrastructure planning, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations

What We’re Looking For:

5 + years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering or hybrid cloud environments Strong expertise with virtualization technologies, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud platforms Hands-on experience with Nutanix environments including AHV and Prism strongly preferred Experience supporting VMware enterprise environments including ESXi and vCenter Exposure to Azure and/or GCP within hybrid cloud infrastructures Experience supporting enterprise storage, compute, and infrastructure modernization initiatives Familiarity with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Power Shell is a plus Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Preferred Technical Background:
