Your key responsibilitiesAs a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice, you will be a vital member of the team managing and executing IT focused projects across sectors. You will be developing and executing strategies for transactions. Part of your role will also involve developing experience in different types of engagements, including pre‑deal (e.g., operational and carve‑out planning) and post‑deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking).
Having a commercial mindset is key to this role.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- MBA is preferred.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve‑outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
- The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long‑lasting relationships both internally and externally.
- Expertise in a minimum of 4 of the following IT skillsets: IT strategy, Enterprise architecture, Infrastructure and cloud architecture, Cyber and IAM architecture, Digital Technology Strategy, Digital IT operating model transformation, IT cost reduction, IT security / cyber, IT shared services, IT organization transformation, ERP implementation, Digital business enablement using digital technology enablers (i.e., advanced analytics, robotic process automation, virtual reality), Cloud SaaS or PaaS (including Collaboration) strategy and delivery, Cloud IaaS or Data Center migration planning and execution, Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Active Directory services strategy, IT service management, Operations Center (e.g., NOC, SOC) or Managed Service Provider, IT TSA development, IT finance management, IT infrastructure management, IT outsourcing / offshoring,…
