About the RoleJoin Connective and lead programs that support and scale year-round resource connection and navigation efforts. You will lead the design, implementation, and growth of integrated public benefits, social-service, and resource-navigation systems that improve access to services and strengthen community resilience. This role sits at the intersection of nonprofit programs, government services, and philanthropic investment, driving tech-enabled, community-centered solutions that help individuals and families navigate complex systems.

- Work with technology and data teams to translate user needs into technical requirements and successful product development and implementation.
- Lead program planning and execution, including setting objectives, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, developing insights, and applying an Agile, iterative approach to program management.
- Build and manage partnerships, facilitate change management, and launch new initiatives.
- 4+ years in program/design management or strategy roles, including tech-enabled programs (CRM experience a plus).
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Proven success working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in public benefits (preferred), or other social services such as food security, healthcare, education, or economic mobility.
$75,000–$90,000 + annual bonus | 401(k) w/ 6% match | Day-one health coverage | 20 PTO days + 11 holidays | Paid parental leave | Hybrid work with remote flexibility.
