Description
We’re seeking a hands‑on IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1–2 end‑user support in a professional services environment. This role supports Windows laptops, engineering workstations, Microsoft 365, and industry‑specific applications used in design and engineering.
What You’ll Do- Serve as first point of contact for IT issues via Fresh service, phone, Teams, and walk‑ups
- Own tickets end‑to‑end with strong communication and follow‑through
- Support Windows devices, peripherals, conference room AV, and connectivity issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Entra )
- Support CAD/BIM/GIS applications (Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, ArcGIS)
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, deployments, and documentation
- Provide light training and support for AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
- 2+ years of hands‑on desktop support, help desk, or end‑user support experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- AEC industry IT experience preferred
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) a plus
