Job DescriptionPosition:
Solution Architect – Oracle Planning
We are seeking a highly skilled EPM Developer responsible for designing and developing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning solutions to support our organization’s financial planning and analysis processes.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM solutions, including Financial Planning (out‑of‑box) and custom planning modules such as EPBCS.
- Develop and maintain data integration processes between EPM and other IT applications.
- Prepare and optimize existing EPM applications for consistent performance through monthly cycles.
- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams to transition knowledge and hand‑off work items.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices.
- Leverage Oracle Cloud EPM Suite (Cloud Planning and Out‑of‑Box modules).
- Utilize SQL, integration tools (e.g., ODI, Informatica), and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Python, Linux shell, or Windows batch).
- Oracle PBCS and Planning expertise.
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM development.
- Strong SQL and data integration skills.
- Experience with integration tools such as ODI or Informatica.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript, Python, Linux shell, or Windows batch).
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000, depending on location, wage obligations, skills, and experience.
