Thisindividualwillplayacriticalroleinevaluatingcurrent-state processes,identifying inefficiencies,recommendingbestpractices,andshapinganend-to-end application,data,andintegrationstrategy.

Thisindividualwilltakeownershipofdiscovery,solutioning,andoptimizationefforts-oftenoperatingindependentlyatclientsite.

Theidealcandidatecanconfidentlynavigatecomplexandchaoticenvironments,bring structure,andleadsessionsthatdriveclarityanddecision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Process Assessment&Solution Architecture

• Conductdiscoverysessionswithbusinessandtechnicalstakeholderstoquicklyassesscurrent-stateprocessesacrossmanufacturing,production planning,supply chain,inventory etc.
• Identifyprocessgaps,bottlenecks,andimprovementopportunitiesinexisting
  
  BC implementation.
• Map As-Isvs To-Beprocessesandbuildaclearoptimizationroadmap.

Business Central Optimization

• Recommend best-practiceconfigurationsandusageofD

  Business Centralmanufacturingmodulesincluding:
• Production Orders,BOMs,Routings
• MRP/MPS
• Job/Project Costing
• Modernizethesolutionbyleveragingnewer
  
  BC features,enhancements,andautomationopportunities.
• Assessdataquality,structure,andusagewithintheexisting
  
  BC environment.
• Defineintegrationstrategywithexternalsystems(MES,CRM,eCommerce,3PL,reporting/data platforms,etc.).
• Recommendimprovementsformasterdatagovernance,entity structures,anddatamigrationtechniques.
• Facilitateexecutiveandfunctionalworkshopswithastrong,authoritative presence.
• Influencestakeholdersandguidethemtowardbestpractices,evenwhentoughconversationsarerequired.
• Producecleardeliverables:assessments,process maps,architecture documents,recommendations,andimplementationplans.
