We are seeking an experienced Service Now ITSM Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog. The candidate will be responsible for Service Now development, customization, integrations, and platform configuration while following Agile and SDLC practices.
KeySkills Required:
- Service Now ITSM development and implementation experience
- Experience with workflows, SLAs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs
- Experience with Service Now integrations, APIs, Import Sets, and Update Sets
- Knowledge of SQL and LDAP queries
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Configure and customize Service Now ITSM modules
- Develop Service Catalog items, record producers, and custom applications
- Build integrations with external systems
- Develop workflows, transform maps, and automation solutions
- Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
- Provide training and documentation to business users
