Ellucian Banner Saas Integration Architect

• Lead solution architecture for Banner SaaS integrations across student, finance, HR, and related systems
• Define integration patterns, data contracts, mapping standards, error handling, logging, and reconciliation approaches
• Assess current-state interfaces and recommend future-state designs
• Partner with business analysts, developers, client IT teams, and third-party vendors to move integrations into build‑ready scope
• Review technical designs and code to maintain consistency and quality
• Identify dependencies, risks, and environment constraints early in the lifecycle
• Support estimation, proposal development, and client‑facing discovery discussions

• Strong experience with Ellucian Banner, preferably including Banner SaaS or Banner modernization programs
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, flat files, batch interfaces, and middleware‑led designs
• Strong understanding of source‑to‑target mapping, data transformation, and interface architecture
• Experience in higher education ERP environments
• Ability to lead technical workshops and communicate clearly with functional and technical stakeholders

• Experience with Mule Soft, Ethos, or similar integration platforms
• Experience supporting migration from on‑prem Banner to SaaS
• Familiarity with student systems, reporting, and institutional data flows
