The IT Network Administrator will be part of a global team responsible for monitoring and reporting on LAN/WAN network services in a 24x7, mission‑critical environment. The primary duties include monitoring computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems. The administrator may perform moves, adds, or changes related to networking equipment and help replace faulty network hardware components when necessary.

• Knowledge of the following technologies: firewalls (Cisco/Palo Alto), switching (Cisco/HP), wireless technologies, network monitoring tools (Solarwinds, etc.), Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Monitor and report on the established networking environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting network problems and coordinating changes.
• Report network operational status by gathering information.
• Assist with incident response on network outages.
• Follow IT change control best practices for predictable results.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Associate’s degree and/or 1 year of related experience.
• Certifications are a plus but not required (Network+, CCNA).
• Must be able to multi‑task and juggle multiple priorities while ensuring successful completion of all items.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
