Data Analytics Engineer

The Data Engineering Team works closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver solutions to both internal and external customers. They adhere to a loose agile process using a kanban board and an automated CI/CD pipeline. They’re a small team but deliver big results. They care about data engineering best practices and taking the time to balance immediate business needs with long‑term, technical costs.

• ELT development (Stitch, Firetran, DBT, Postgres)
• Analytics/Reporting (Power BI/SQL)
• Embedded Analytics (future state of environment using "Good Data")
• Thought Spot utilized for external customer analytics

• Data Engineering
• Design/Architecture of data structures and models
• Create ELT process
• Maintain and build data analytics for internal and external customers
• Work directly with business units and Data Analytics Lead
• Help envision how AI can integrate with external customer solutions

• 4–7 years of experience working in data analytics utilizing robust modern technologies
• Strong grasp of computer science approaches to data solutions
• Strong relational database skills such as schema design, query building and optimization.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment involving diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts.
