IT Organizational Change Management Analyst

Location:

Houston, Texas (Onsite)

Must be in the Houston area (local). 3‑5 years total experience (no more than
5). 2‑3 years focused on IT initiatives. Onsite Monday‑Thursday, with opportunity for remote Fridays.

Interview: 1 round onsite/In person. Candidates must provide samples of a PowerPoint presentation slide and a communication/writing sample (1‑2 pages).

This is a 6‑9+ month contract role. The organizational change management (OCM) analyst will help implement the OCM strategy and tools to support change initiatives and activities within an IT organization. The individual will be instrumental in driving and managing the following activities with key stakeholders:

• Stakeholder Analysis
• Leadership Alignment
• Communication and Engagement Planning & Execution
• Change Impact Analysis
• Training Needs Analysis and Development
• Change Measurement

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT change management, 2‑3 years of which are focused on IT initiatives.
• Experience managing large‑scale IT change initiatives and activities in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience leading change in large‑scale adoption across multiple teams or departments.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end change management process and tools: stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment, communication and engagement planning and execution, change impact analysis, training needs analysis and development, and change measurement.
• Ability to create professional presentations in PowerPoint, spreadsheets in Excel, and documents in Word.
• Operational change management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must have samples of a PowerPoint presentation slide and a communication/writing sample (1‑2 pages).
