Role SummaryThe Business Analyst supports analytical and reporting work streams across the Bridge Net 4PL program, developing data products, maintaining operational reports, and contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain analytics capabilities. This role works closely with the Senior Business Analyst, Control Tower team, and Supply Chain Engineers to translate raw supply chain data into meaningful, actionable insights. The Business Analyst plays a hands‑on role in data preparation, dashboard development, KPI tracking, and report automation, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and well‑designed information products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical data products using Bridge Net's BI and analytics platform.
- Collect, clean, and transform supply chain data from multiple sources including TMS, ERP, carrier feeds, and supplier portals for use in reporting workflows.
- Support the Senior Business Analyst in delivering Q , M , and program performance reporting packages for client stakeholders.
- Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support Control Tower exception management, carrier performance reviews, and Supply Chain Engineering initiatives.
- Assist in the development and documentation of data definitions, calculation methodologies, and reporting standards for the program's analytics framework.
- Identify and flag data quality issues, working with integration and technology teams to trace root causes and implement corrections.
- Support training and user onboarding activities related to analytics tools, dashboards, and self‑service reporting capabilities for client users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows, automating manual reporting processes where possible to increase efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field.
Years of Experience2–5 years in business analysis, data analysis, or reporting roles within a supply chain, logistics, or professional services environment.
Required Skills & Competencies- Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Thought Spot, or equivalent) with hands‑on dashboard building experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data querying for extracting and transforming supply chain data from relational databases or data warehouses.
- Understanding of core supply chain metrics including OTIF, freight cost analysis, carrier performance, and inventory management KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple reporting products.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to present data findings to non‑technical operational stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP data environments.
- Background in logistics, freight management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with supply chain management data element mapping.
- Knowledgeable of inventory management principles, WMS systems, and inventory data landscape.
- Excel / Python proficiency for data analysis and automation.
- Experience developing AI‑enhanced analytical products and/or workflows.
