Role SummaryThe Supplier Integration Analyst leads and supports technical integration work streams connecting Client’s supplier base to Bridge Net's 4PL platform, enabling real-time data sharing across purchase orders, shipment bookings, inventory positions, and compliance documentation. This role is critical to establishing the multi-tier supply chain visibility and data connectivity that underpins the program's inventory management, demand planning, and customs compliance opportunities. The Supplier Integration Analyst works closely with Client's procurement and IT teams, Bridge Net's technology group, and supplier technical contacts to deliver high-quality, governed data connections that support the Control Tower and analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver technical integrations between Client suppliers and the Bridge Net 4PL platform, covering purchase orders, shipment bookings, advance ship notices, and inventory data.
- Lead supplier integration work streams, owning specifications, development coordination, testing, and go‑live validation for all assigned supplier connections.
- Coordinate with Client procurement, SAP/ERP teams, and supplier technical contacts to ensure data mapping accuracy and integration readiness.
- Ensure global consistency in supplier integration design standards, establishing reusable templates and approaches for onboarding multiple suppliers at scale.
- Support portal, EDI, API, and flat‑file connectivity options for suppliers across varying technical capability levels, enabling broad participation.
- Validate that supplier data feeds meet the Control Tower's operational requirements for data quality, timeliness, completeness, and format compliance.
- Document all integration specifications, test plans, results, and go‑live checklists for audit and maintenance purposes.
- Proactively identify and remove technical obstacles to integration delivery, escalating complex issues to the Principle Solution Architect.
- Support the supplier onboarding process, leading the technical connectivity component and providing training guidance to supplier technical users.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Years of Experience3–6 years in supply chain integration, ERP connectivity, or B2B data exchange with experience working across multiple supplier types and technical capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies- Hands‑on experience with EDI, API, portal, and flat‑file integration methods for supply chain data exchange with diverse supplier communities.
- Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay data flows including PO data, ASN, GR confirmation, and inventory position sharing in ERP/TMS environments.
- Proficiency in integration specification documentation, data mapping, test execution, and issue resolution for B2B connectivity projects.
- Experience working with SAP ERP data structures (EKKO, EKPO, EKET) or equivalent procurement system data environments.
- Ability to work effectively with a technically diverse supplier base, providing guidance to both sophisticated and limited‑capability suppliers.
- SAP SD/MM or integration module experience.
- Background in oil and gas or energy sector procurement and supply data management.
- Knowledge of SAP CDH, SAP Integration Suite, or Mule Soft for enterprise integration architecture.
