IT Consultant, Technical Support, Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365
- Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to provide Post‑implementation support (help desk)
- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients; learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is a plus
- Experience with Scribe is a plus
- SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus

Compensation Range: $95,400 – $192,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
