Responsibilities
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using Amazon Quick Sight.
- Build datasets, calculated fields, parameters, filters, controls, and drill-down reports.
- Integrate Quick Sight with AWS data sources such as Athena, S3, Redshift, RDS, Glue, and Dynamo
DB. - Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and performance improvement.
- Implement Quick Sight security including user access, group permissions, row-level security, and column-level security.
- Translate business requirements into executive dashboards, KPI reports, and operational metrics.
- Support dashboard testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of Medicaid
- Knowledge of AWS Connect
- Knowledge of Redshift
- Amazon Quick Sight (Advanced knowledge required)
