Job SummaryThe Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for strategic, operational, and technical leadership across Community Health Choice’s physical and virtual server environments, including enterprise server, VDI, virtualization, storage, and SAN platforms. The role oversees infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and performance; leads infrastructure planning, system modernization, capacity management, and major IT initiatives; and provides leadership and performance oversight for assigned IT team members.
EnterpriseInfrastructure Operations and Platform Management
Oversee server infrastructure and all components of the enterprise virtual environment, ensuring stability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership, Performance Oversight, and Staff DevelopmentProvide leadership, direction, and performance oversight for direct‑report IT team members and design or support training programs and workshops.
Governance, Compliance, Security, and System AuditsPerform routine assessments of VMware infrastructure and data security controls, conduct regular system audits, and develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and best practices.
Capacity Planning, Performance Monitoring, and Operational ReportingLead infrastructure capacity planning; prepare and present operational reports and system performance metrics to senior leadership.
Service Delivery, Cross‑Functional Collaboration, and ServiceFIRST Standards
Deliver exceptional customer service; work collaboratively with coworkers and IT partners to support reliable infrastructure services that meet or exceed internal customer, member, and provider expectations.
Other Duties as AssignedPerform other duties as assigned by the Director, IT Infrastructure or senior Information Technology leadership.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- MCSE and VCP certified preferred.
- 6 years of IT systems operations and support.
- 3 years of management experience, team lead or project lead experience.
- Software proficiencies:
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).
