- Has expertise in creating and managing integrated operations schedule and generating comprehensive & adhoc reports
- Experienced in Asset Development Planning, Logistics Scheduling, Turnarounds & Shutdowns
- Proficient in defining an operating model to accommodate wide range of data and using it in scheduling process
- Could integrate with external applications for data import & export
- Drive efficiency and innovation in Upstream and field planning operations
- Should be able to deal with complex operational environment with multiple different type of activities and equipment
- Reporting key metrics about the schedules
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Desirable to have database and data analytics experience
