Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant in Workday Talent Management and Learning, you will specialize in implementing and supporting the Workday Talent Management module for clients, utilizing your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to drive business results. You will deliver tailored Talent Management solutions that meet clients' unique needs and objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Plan Implementation Approach:
Plan the implementation of the Workday Talent Management and Learning modules, ensuring seamless integration into the client's business environment to achieve desired business results.

* Conduct Fit Analysis and Gather Requirements:
Conduct thorough fit analyses and gather requirements to inform the configuration of the system, meeting the client's specific needs and objectives.

* Configure and Test the System:
Configure the Workday Talent Management module and conduct unit testing to ensure high-quality delivery and resolve configuration and functional business issues.

* Provide Post-Implementation Support:
Deliver post-implementation support as needed, ensuring the client can effectively utilize the implemented solution.

* Resolve Cross-Functional Issues:
Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, driving comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* Deep Expertise in Workday Talent Management and Learning:
Proven experience with implementing and supporting the Workday Learning and Talent Management module, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations including Workday Certification

* Talent Management Solution Delivery:
Experience in delivering tailored Talent Management solutions that meet clients' unique needs and objectives, leveraging consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise.

* HR Module Integration:

Experience with integrating the Workday Talent Management module with other HR modules, resolving configuration and functional business issues to drive comprehensive solutions.

* Business Requirements Analysis:

Experience with conducting thorough fit analyses and gathering requirements to inform system configuration, meeting client-specific needs and objectives.

* System Configuration and Testing:

Experience with configuring and testing the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring high-quality delivery and resolving configuration issues.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Advanced Workday Integration:

Experience with integrating Workday Talent Management with other HR modules, resolving complex configuration and functional business issues to drive comprehensive solutions.

* Talent Management Strategy:
Deep expertise in developing and implementing talent management strategies that meet clients' unique needs and objectives, leveraging consulting skills and packaged solution expertise.

* Cross-Functional Issue Resolution:
Experience in resolving complex configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, driving comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
