We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a strong functional background and proven expertise in SAP S/4

HANA transformations. This is a customer‑facing, onshore role requiring deep engagement across solution design, delivery, and pre‑sales. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, drive end‑to‑end SAP solutions, and play a key role in shaping transformation programs for enterprise clients.

• Solution Architecture & Delivery
  • Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4
    
    HANA solution architecture across functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated SAP solutions.
  • Define target architecture, roadmap, and transformation strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership across implementation, migration (ECC to S/4
    
    HANA), and rollout programs.
• Functional Expertise
  • Act as a functional SME across one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
  • Drive fit‑gap analysis, process re‑engineering, and solution design workshops.
  • Ensure business process optimization leveraging S/4
    
    HANA capabilities (Fiori, Embedded Analytics, etc.).
• Pre‑Sales & Business Development
  • Support pre‑sales activities, including:
    • Solutioning and proposal development
    • Effort estimation and pricing models
    • Client presentations, demos, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals and win new business.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and SAP roadmaps.
• Customer Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead executive‑level discussions and workshops.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, innovation, and future‑state architecture.
• Governance & Leadership
  • Define and enforce architecture governance and standards.
  • Mentor and guide offshore/onshore teams.
  • Ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong functional background.
• 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect.
• Hands‑on experience in multiple SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
• Deep expertise in at least one core functional domain (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) with cross‑module integration knowledge.
• Proven experience in pre‑sales, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • SAP S/4
    
    HANA architecture
  • SAP Fiori & UX strategy
  • Integration with SAP and non‑SAP systems
• Experience working in customer‑facing, onshore roles in the US.

• Experience in industries such as CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Pharma.
• Familiarity with RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and cloud transformations.
• SAP certifications in S/4
  
  HANA or relevant modules.
