Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to support the integration of a Genesys call center platform with Salesforce. This individual will work closely with technical and business teams to deliver a complete end-to-end solution in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce and Genesys integrations
Develop and maintain workflows, APIs, and system configurations
Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and integration documentation
Build and support automated and manual testing scripts
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and deployment activities
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC

Required Qualifications:

Strong Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience
Hands-on experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, workflows, and permission management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production deployments

Preferred:

CTI or contact center integration experience

Experience with automated testing frameworks and Dev Ops processes
Consulting or project-based delivery experience
