Join our team as a Senior Technical Support Specialist in the Houston, TX area, focusing on energy trading and risk management systems.
This full-time role involves delivering mission-critical solutions and providing advanced technical leadership and support.
You will work with various modern technologies to optimize trading operations and ensure seamless integration across multiple business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development of system extensions and integrations.
Architect and support integrations across various business systems.
Provide expert-level production support for trading and risk processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
Mentor junior analysts and deliver technical guidance to teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of IT or applications development experience.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in ETRM engagements with a focus on energy trading platforms.
Strong proficiency in general programming languages and database technologies.

Experience with modern development and source control tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
