We are looking for a Data Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data and AI‐powered products. This role works closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions, AI‑driven products, and data platforms that create measurable business value.

Data Product Manager – AI & Analytics

Houston, TX

6+ years

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Data & AI products.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive the development of dashboards, analytics platforms, predictive models, and AI‑powered applications.
• Prioritize product backlog and lead Agile product delivery.
• Define KPIs, measure product success, and continuously improve product performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making.

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Products.
• Strong understanding of Product Management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Experience working with Data Analytics, BI, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience creating PRDs, roadmaps, user stories, and managing product backlogs.

• Experience building AI‑powered or data‑driven products.
• Domain experience in Retail, E‑commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Energy, or Healthcare.
• Certifications in Product Management, Data Analytics, AI, or Cloud technologies.
