OverviewOur team is seeking an experienced technology professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and helping maintain a productive workplace environment. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for technical assistance while also supporting various technology initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology problems in a timely manner.
- Assist with user account setup, access requests, and onboarding activities.
- Configure and deploy laptops, workstations, and other technology equipment.
- Maintain technology inventory and equipment records.
- Support collaboration and productivity tools used throughout the business.
- Document solutions and contribute to process improvements.
- Partner with internal teams on technology-related projects and upgrades.
- 3+ years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience supporting business applications, end‑user devices, and workplace technology.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical users.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Experience working in Microsoft‑based environments.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and endpoint management tools.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or IT security concepts.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
