Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a full‑time direct hire Success Factors LMS Analyst for a hybrid role with a global industry leader near Houston, TX. The Success Factors LMS Analyst will support and optimize our enterprise learning technology landscape, with primary ownership of SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) and growing responsibilities within the Workday ecosystem. Qualifications include 3+ years of HRIT systems analyst experience and SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) configuration.

Salary Range: $110-115K per year plus annual bonus; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Success Factors LMS Analyst

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the functional and technical lead for Success Factors Learning, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
  • Manage ongoing LMS system configuration, testing and deployments
  • Consult with and collaborate with learning administrators for optimization and automation opportunities to support the business needs and alignment with functional enhancements
  • Manage end‑to‑end LMS operations, including course/catalog structure, curricula, assignments, compliance training, and learning history
  • Lead enhancements, releases, and system updates, including regression testing and validation
  • Drive Continuous Improvement & Transformation by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve user experience, system capabilities, and learning enablement
  • Partner with HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align learning processes with business needs
  • Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage third‑party learning content providers and integrations
Workday Alignment & Cross‑System Support
  • Operate within the HRIT support model, aligning processes, ticket management, and governance with HR standards and SLA’s
  • Develop working knowledge of Workday HCM, security, and business processes
  • Support integration points between Workday and Success Factors LMS
  • Collaborate with Workday systems analysts on cross‑functional initiatives
  • Contribute to a unified employee experience across platforms
  • Named point‑of‑contact with Success Factors
Operations, Support & Service Delivery
  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for system issues and inquiries via Service Now and Workday Help
  • Troubleshoot system defects, integration failures, and data discrepancies
  • Manage and prioritize enhancement requests
  • Create and maintain documentation and user guides
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HRIT systems analyst experience and SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) configuration
  • Experience in configuration, testing, and support
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now / Workday Help
Preferred Qualifications (Plusses only)
  • Experience or exposure to Workday HCM
  • Experience supporting multi‑platform HR environments
  • Understanding of learning and compliance processes
  • Integration and vendor experience
  • Success Factors certifications
  • Experience in regulated environments
