About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive M365 consulting engagements and be a technical lead for our M365 Advisory Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful help clients optimize their use of M365 for risk management, information protection, information governance, e‑discovery (readiness and response), and will be responsible for driving the growth of our M365 Advisory Services business.

You’ll Do
  • Act as a technical lead on projects and efforts for M365 strategy, client and internal projects involving M365 with extensive knowledge of M365 and Azure administration.
  • Maintain updates, guides and communications for consultancy when delivering or utilizing M365 Purview features currently available as well as to be released.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients in M365 functionality and planning.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to architect solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Foster effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders internally.
  • Work with existing and new M365 functionality, new Microsoft data sources, licensing options, and costs. Maintain the knowledge base to share developments with internal and external teams.
  • Review Information Governance workflows to optimize M365 usage for clients such as supporting Microsoft assessments, data governance modernization, data classification, and support of internal investigations.
  • Provide oversight regarding information protection frameworks and approaches to leverage M365 in the context of sensitivity, insider risk, data loss prevention, and threat management.
  • Act as lead in readiness considerations, especially with respect to privacy and compliance.
  • Assist with development and testing of custom scripts using Power Shell, JSON, or other scripting languages, to automate tasks within the Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Maintain a test environment and collaborate with technical operations teams to develop, test, and implement strategies utilizing M365.
  • Owner of developing, testing, implementing and maintaining Power Shell and/or Python scripts to automate Microsoft 365 and Azure administration tasks; and to conduct various data analysis, retrieval, remediation, reporting or augmentation.

Basic Qualifications
  • 1‑2+ years of post‑graduate experience in consulting or a related field, with a significant and current focus on M365 Advisory Services.
  • Experience in Information Governance, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security or AI.
  • Working knowledge of M365 Purview, information governance, e‑discovery, and data collection.
  • Client‑facing skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience developing technical solutions involving unstructured data in M365.
  • Experience with developing custom solutions or integrating third‑party solutions into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
  • Preferred M365 Certifications, such as SC‑401, SC‑200, AZ‑500 or SC‑900.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, digital forensics or a related field.
  • Experience with Power Shell, Python, SQL and other software development languages and tools.
  • Proficiency in e‑discovery and/or Relativity.
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure, IaaS and PaaS, Graph API, Azure AI Foundry, Power Automate, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio.
  • Post‑graduate production engineering and operational support in a global Microsoft environment, focusing on core platform operations and integration.
  • Knowledge of M365 and Azure enterprise level capabilities.
  • Exposure to SAFe agile development methodologies and best practices.
Compensation

Minimum Pay: $75,000

Maximum Pay: $104,500
