Southend Pharmacy is seeking an IT Operations Lead to establish structured support operations across the organization. This position is critical in ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards while managing the HaloITSM platform and leading IT operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership, and certifications such as ITIL 4, CompTIA Network+, and Security+.
