Data Cabling Site Lead

We're looking for a seasoned field leader who can take a scope and a set of prints and run with it.

Our customer is a growing IT services company with 84 active projects across the country — from oil & gas cutover events to large-scale wireless network refreshes. We need someone who thrives on-site, solves problems independently, and is genuinely hungry to travel.

• Manage low-voltage data cabling, rack/stack, and equipment deployment projects on-site
• Serve as the primary site lead — no hand-holding required
• Interface directly with customers in a professional capacity
• Move between multiple active sites as project schedules demand

• 5–10+ years of field experience in structured cabling, rack/stack, or IT infrastructure deployment
• Ability to read prints and manage a job site independently
• Willingness – and enthusiasm – to travel heavily (most assignments are fly-in)
• $64/day per diem, travel time paid up to 8 hrs/day
• Flights, lodging & rental car fully covered by our travel coordinator
