This role focuses on modernizing contingent labor operations, improving data integrity, and driving system standardization across multiple business units. The position is contract-based and operates in a hybrid environment with some onsite collaboration.

Contract duration 1 year plus extensions
** Required Skills & Experience*
* + 10+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise environments
+ Hands-on experience with
** VMS platforms** , preferably
** Beeline*
* + Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-workstream initiatives
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
+
Experience with workforce systems, HR technology, or ERP platforms
+ Advanced use of project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar
+ PMP certification required
** Desired Skills & Experience*
* + Background in contingent workforce or labor transformation programs
+ Agile or hybrid delivery methodology experience
+ Lean, Six Sigma, or change management certifications
+ Strong data, reporting, and performance analytics capabilities

* + 40% VMS / Beeline platform initiatives
+ 30% Project & portfolio management tools (Smartsheet or equivalent)
