*** About the Role
*** Reporting to the HRIS leadership team, you will play a key role in configuring and optimizing Workday integrations and reporting solutions to support the organization’s HR technology ecosystem. You will translate business and data requirements into scalable Workday solutions, combining technical expertise and analytical capabilities to ensure seamless integrations, actionable insights, and continuous platform improvement.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Workday Integrations Development:
** Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
* ** Integration Monitoring & Support:
** Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring stability, accuracy, and timely data flow across systems.
* ** Reporting & Analytics:
** Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (e.g., Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to support business and HR decision-making.
* ** Data Transformation & Delivery:
** Translate business requirements into data extracts, interfaces, and reporting outputs that meet stakeholder needs.
* ** System Enhancements & Releases:
** Support Workday releases and enhancements through impact analysis, testing, and deployment of integration and reporting updates.
