Business Intelligence Developer (SSRS / SSIS / SQL Server)

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must have hands-on SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server experience in a production environment.

• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
• Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting
• Communicate insights in a clear, business-friendly way
• Support both day-to-day reporting and long-term BI initiatives

• SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server (required)
• 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience
• 3+ years of SSRS and SSIS development
• 1+ year of Power BI or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, functions)
• Experience with ETL, data architecture, and reporting frameworks
• Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative
