Position: Digital Marketing Specialist - Onsite Role in Houston, TX

Flexible Lifeline Systems is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on digital marketing strategies, digital content creation, and CRM, to join a growing marketing team.

Location:

North Houston; this is an on‑site role. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Scope of Responsibilities
  • SEM
    :
    Lead, develop, implement, and expand a paid search program based on ROI as part of an integrated marketing campaign and as a standalone program.
  • SEO & LLM Optimization
    :
    Lead development and execution of strategies to improve top‑10 keyword rankings and brand visibility within AI‑generated responses (LLM Optimization). Includes auditing content for answer‑engine compatibility, optimizing for search volume, and managing inbound/outbound linking to build authority across traditional and generative search platforms.
  • Website Editing and Content Creation
    :
    Support website development and edits, and other ad‑hoc digital marketing areas as needed.
  • Lead Generation
    :
    Use SEM, SEO, and AEO to generate MQLs and SQLs. Implement tactical plans to deliver high‑quality leads that convert to sales‑funnel opportunities and revenue.
  • Tactic Level Expertise
    :
    Subject‑matter expert for SEM, SEO, AEO, website maintenance, and development. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI reports on digital marketing efforts.
Requirements

SEM & SEO experience within a B2B marketing environment
Experience with brands that use a solution‑based go‑to‑market strategy, involving high‑value technical hardware/equipment + service with a sector/industry concentration.

Martech familiarity
Comfortable working with tracking‑data analysis tools, Word Press CMS, and Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools.

Capability building, backed by results
Candidates will provide supporting KPIs that demonstrate knowledge and success from past campaigns.

  • 5+ years in paid search campaigns such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • 5+ years in SEO optimization strategies.
  • 2+ years in LLM Optimization for Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini.
  • 3+ years implementing SEO & SEM plans for high‑value B2B solutions.
  • 3+ years in Word Press or related content management systems (CMS).
  • 3+ years in digital analysis & reporting.
  • 3+ years experience with project management tools.
