Platform Architect

We are seeking a hands‑on Platform Architect to build and lead our Infrastructure as Code and platform automation capability from the ground up. This role will design and implement standardized, automated environments and platform tooling that allow development teams to build, deploy, and operate applications through self-service capabilities.
The ideal candidate blends deep cloud and IaC expertise with experience building scalable internal platforms that improve developer productivity and operational consistency. This is a builder role focused on creating a modern internal developer platform serving as the foundation for engineering delivery across the organization.

• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code standards and reusable automation frameworks.
• Build and standardize automated environments across development, test, and production.
• Establish a scalable internal developer platform enabling self-service infrastructure and deployment capabilities.
• Define platform architecture supporting application deployment, CI/CD, and operational tooling.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery speed.
• Implement platform automation across cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.

• Must have prior Platform Architect level experience to be considered.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code solutions (Terraform).
• Set strategic vision and lead implementation of enterprise observability and performance monitoring solutions across hybrid multi‑cloud environment.
• Must have established self‑service infrastructure for traffic monitoring, performance engineering, and auto‑scaling.
• Architected and built agentic AI solutions for end‑to‑end automation of cloud deployments, incident escalations, and root cause resolutions.
• Implemented IaC, unit testing and load testing frameworks, improving test cycle coverage and reducing production incidents.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).
• Experience building automated, scalable infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting developer enablement through platform or Dev Ops automation.
• Ability to act as both architect and hands‑on builder.
• Experience building or leading platform engineering initiatives.
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
• Experience implementing internal developer platforms or self‑service infrastructure.
• Experience working in enterprise‑scale environments.
