This is an active, immediate need. You'll deliver strategic technology initiatives for energy clients, working closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and engineering teams to design, configure, and enhance Open Link Endur solutions that support trading, risk, and operational objectives.

gMotion experience is required for this role. The work is techno-functional, so you'll need strong technical capability on the Endur platform plus the business analysis skills to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Configure, customize, and enhance Open Link Endur solutions, including gMotion, to meet business and operational requirements

Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify optimization and platform improvement opportunities

Troubleshoot application issues, resolve software defects, and support users throughout delivery life cycles

Produce client deliverables including process documentation, solution designs, presentations, and implementation plans

5+ years as a Business Analyst, Open Link Developer, or techno-functional consultant

Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and extending Open Link Endur in complex environments

gMotion experience is required

Strong understanding of software delivery life cycles, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management

Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field

Consulting experience within a management or technology consulting environment

Experience inside energy or utilities trading organizations

Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery governance frameworks

Exposure to trading, risk management, or energy commodity platforms
