Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a senior business leader to drive accelerated growth, large‑deal wins, and strategic account expansion in Cloud and IT Infrastructure Services. This role anchors the intersection of client strategy, hyperscaler & OEM partnership, sales execution, and transformation outcomes, with clear ownership of pipeline creation, TCV growth, and revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities- Own AI‑led growth objectives across accounts, industries, or geographies with accountability for pipeline, bookings, and revenue conversion.
- Drive large, complex Hybrid Infra pursuits including cloud migration, modernization, AI/GenAI platforms, on‑prem Infra, and managed services.
- Build trusted CXO relationships and serve as a strategic advisor on technology roadmaps, cloud adoption, vendor consolidation, and service transformation.
- Lead executive workshops and joint value discovery engagements with OEM partners.
- Develop joint account plans, co‑sell motions, and demand‑generation initiatives with hyperscalers and OEMs.
- Partner with solution architects to shape differentiated solutions and ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the cloud growth community, contributing to growth planning and governance forums.
- 13+ years in enterprise technology services, cloud sales, consulting, or transformation leadership.
- Proven success in driving infrastructure/cloud‑led growth in the IT outsourcing market.
- Track record in shaping and closing large, multi‑year deals with TPAs and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure services, cloud modernization, AI/GenAI adoption, and managed services.
- Executive‑level communication skills with ability to translate technology into business impact.
- Experience as a Growth Partner, Client Partner, or Hyperscaler Leader in a GSI or consulting environment.
- Industry depth in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Resources.
- Familiarity with co‑sell motions and partner programs (NaaS, DaaS, Storage‑as‑a‑Service).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on deal execution.
