What You’ll Be Doing- Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives across on‑prem and hybrid cloud environments
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions supporting high availability and operational resilience
- Drive datacenter transformation efforts including virtualization, storage, and cloud migration projects
- Support and enhance enterprise virtualization platforms and hyperconverged infrastructure environments
- Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams on strategic initiatives
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and performance issues
- Contribute to automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization efforts
- Assist with long‑term infrastructure planning, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering or hybrid cloud environments
- Strong expertise with virtualization technologies, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud platforms
- Hands‑on experience with Nutanix environments including AHV and Prism strongly preferred
- Experience supporting VMware enterprise environments including ESXi and vCenter
- Exposure to Azure and/or GCP within hybrid cloud infrastructures
- Experience supporting enterprise storage, compute, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Power Shell is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
