SAP FICO Consultant

Resolve Tech Solutions (RTS) is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4

HANA Finance, Group Reporting, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support enterprise finance transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting financial solutions that enable statutory and management reporting, financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and enterprise-wide financial visibility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across SAP Finance modules, hands‑on experience with SAP Group Reporting, and a solid understanding of SAP BTP services, integrations, and extensibility frameworks. This position will work closely with finance stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant financial solutions.

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions within SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments.

• Design and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting solutions for financial consolidation.
• Configure consolidation units and versions.
• Define consolidation rules, currency translation, inter‑company matching and elimination.
• Ownership management and consolidation monitoring.
• Support statutory and management reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline consolidation and reporting processes.
• Assist with migration from legacy consolidation tools such as BPC, Hyperion, FCCS, and EM‑BCS.

• Support finance reporting solutions using SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, CDS Views, and Embedded Analytics.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.

• Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, preparing functional specifications and business process documentation.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with offshore and on‑site teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on SAP Group Reporting experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance implementations and strong understanding of financial consolidation and corporate reporting processes.
• Experience working with SAP BTP services and integrations.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
