Our client is looking for someone to join their high-impact FP&A team, supporting senior leadership with critical insights that drive profitability, improve efficiency, and enhance strategic decision-making across our Supply & Trading business.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and reconcile U.S. GAAP vs. mark-to-market profitability
• Deliver high-quality management reporting with actionable commentary
• Support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Lead scenario modeling and develop tools using Power BI, Excel, etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Finance, and Commercial teams
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a high-performing team culture
• Support special projects and new business initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience (Master’s or relevant advanced degree may substitute)
• Experience in commodity trading, energy markets, or risk management
• Strong understanding of accounting, SAP, and ETRM systems
• Technical skills in analytical tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, etc.)
• Leadership mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
