Job Summary
The Site Automation Implementation Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing the deployment of construction automation applications across multiple active projects. This role supports multiple projects simultaneously and requires balancing competing priorities, schedules, and deployment demands.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for project teams, working through the PIIM organization to plan, sequence, and deliver system deployments aligned with project schedules and priorities. The Implementation Lead ensures applications are configured, integrated, and ready for use in the field.
This is a practical, execution‑focused role requiring close coordination with project teams, integration teams, IS&T, and vendors. Hands‑on configuration is supported by specialists, while the Implementation Lead drives planning, coordination, and issue resolution.

Major Responsibilities- Act as primary point of contact for Site Automation deployment activities across assigned projects.
- Engage project teams to gather requirements, scope, and required delivery timelines.
- Plan and sequence deployment of applications including Team Works, Set Route, iHawk, Supervisor Hub, and related tools.
- Align deployment activities with project schedules, milestones, and priorities.
- Lead deployment readiness reviews prior to go‑live.
- Coordinate and oversee deployment execution across multiple projects.
- Direct and support specialists performing system configuration, setup, and validation.
- Provide hands‑on support during critical startup and stabilization periods.
- Drive issue resolution by coordinating with IS&T, vendors, and application owners.
- Ensure upstream systems, data availability, and integrations are aligned for deployment.
- Coordinate with integration teams to support end‑to‑end system readiness.
- Monitor deployment status and identify risks impacting project timelines.
- Support validation of system setup, access, and basic data flows prior to go‑live.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and early‑use support for project teams.
- Ensure users are set up and prepared to effectively use deployed systems.
- Support projects during initial rollout to resolve adoption and usability issues.
- Apply and reinforce standard deployment processes and configurations.
- Capture lessons learned across projects and improve deployment approach.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Information Systems, Construction Management, Engineering and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
5+ years of experience supporting or deploying digital applications in project, construction, or engineering environments
Experience coordinating or leading system deployments across multiple projects or teams
Strong understanding of system configuration, user access, and application setup
Experience working directly with project teams and managing competing priorities
Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders including IS&T, vendors, and functional teams
Required Knowledge and SkillsExperience supporting construction or capital project delivery environments (EPC preferred).
Experience with tools such as Team Works, Set Route, Smart Completions, Procore, or similar platforms.
Experience coordinating integration of applications with data platforms or enterprise systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Familiarity with project workflows across construction, commissioning, quality, or project controls.
Experience supporting system rollout, go‑live, and stabilization in active project environments.
Up to 25% domestic travel may be required to support project deployments, training, and go‑live activities.
