Opportunity to be an early hire with a fast-moving, product-obsessed startup backed by top investors. Looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Software Development Project Manager to help scale engineering output.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from sprint planning to release
• Work closely with engineering, product, and design to define scope, timelines, and priorities
• Implement and improve agile processes and tools to keep the team aligned and productive
• Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively solve execution issues
• Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
• Run proof of concepts and pilots with new customers in partnership with product and engineering, ensuring feedback is captured and used to guide roadmap priorities

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in project or program management within a software development environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern development workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: experience working with AI/ML or early-stage tech products
