Sr Service Now Developer - Houston, TX (Onsite) - Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Service Now platform for our Houston-based client. The successful candidate will have deep experience in IT Service Management and CMDB practices and should be comfortable leading a team of developers.

• At least 12+ years of overall Service Now experience
• Hands‑on design, development and deployment experience with the Service‑Now platform
• Implementation experience in Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
• Experience integrating with third‑party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, email, DB connectors, plugins, etc.
• 4+ years of Service Now CMDB & Discovery experience
• Strong knowledge of the CMDB/CSDM data model
• Proficiency in Service Now scripting and creation of custom patterns
• Deep understanding of Service Now customization and custom development of forms, fields and workflow
• Ability to resolve Discovery issues and coordinate with infrastructure teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading a team of developers

Must have

Skills:

ITSM, CMDB and Discovery implementation, troubleshooting experience.
